His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has congratulated the Moroccan national team on qualifying for the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup.
His Highness wrote on his X account: "A thousand congratulations to the Atlas Lions on their victory today… a thousand congratulations on qualifying for the World Cup quarter-finals… a strong performance and a fighting spirit that fills us with joy and pride."
He added: "Congratulations to the brotherly people of Morocco and to my brother His Majesty King Mohammed VI… and all our prayers for success in their upcoming matches."
