FIFA has assigned the England vs Democratic Republic of Congo match to an all-Arab refereeing team, comprising Jordanian referee Adham Makhadmeh as the main official, assisted by his compatriots Mohammad Bakar and Ahmad Al Ruwaili, alongside Saudi fourth official Khalid Al Turais and his compatriot Mohammad Al Abkari as reserve assistant referee.

England qualified after topping Group 12 with 7 points, while the DR Congo reached the knockout rounds for the first time in their history, having accumulated 4 points in Group 11 to advance as one of the best third-placed teams.

The United States vs Bosnia and Herzegovina match will be officiated by Brazilian referee Raphael Claus.

Honduran referee Said Martinez will officiate the Belgium vs Senegal match.

The highly anticipated clash between Portugal and Croatia has been assigned by FIFA to Norwegian referee Espen Eskas.
