Al Wahda club has unveiled the schedule of friendly matches its first team will play during its overseas training camp in Germany, as part of its preparations for the new season. The camp, which began last week, runs until July 27, when the squad returns to Abu Dhabi to continue preparations for the upcoming season.
Al Wahda will play 4 friendly matches during the camp. They open their programme on Tuesday against TSV Buchbach, before facing German side Eichstätt the following Saturday. The third friendly is scheduled for July 22 against Würzburger Kickers, and the camp concludes with a match against Darmstadt 98 on July 27.
Al Wahda will be guided in the new season by a technical staff led by Brazilian coach Precles Chamusca, whom the club signed as a replacement for Hassan Al Abdooli, who took charge of the team at the end of last season.
