FIFA has accredited Jamal Al Hassani, Head of Education at the UAE Football Association, as an expert instructor on a list comprising 22 coaching instructor experts representing various member national associations. The accreditation underscores the success of the UAE Football Association's strategy in building an advanced educational system that relies on national expertise and strengthens its presence in continental and international forums.

It also reflects the advanced standing reached by the education and technical development system within the football association, and the successes achieved in recent years in preparing national cadres to the highest continental and international standards.

Al Hassani, who has been an accredited instructor with the Asian Football Confederation since 2015, is among the most prominent national experts in the field of education and technical development. Throughout his career he has contributed to the preparation and qualification of a large number of coaches and instructors through accredited programmes and courses at both the local and continental levels.

It is worth noting that a FIFA expert instructor plays a pivotal role in transferring modern knowledge and expertise to national associations, clubs, and coaches through lectures, workshops, and accredited development programmes. The role also encompasses developing coaches in the areas of modern training methods, performance analysis, and season planning, as well as qualifying local instructors and supporting technical programmes for academies and national teams, in addition to monitoring and analysing matches to extract the latest tactical trends and translate them into educational content.
