National coach Ibrahim Issa Al Amiri has affirmed his ongoing participation in overseas qualification programmes in service of UAE handball and his continued pursuit of developing his technical capabilities. He noted that he will take part in a summer training camp in Croatia, scheduled from 4 to 11 July, as part of a field immersion programme aimed at learning about the latest European coaching methodologies and exchanging expertise with a select group of coaches and specialists — contributing to raising his technical level and transferring successful experiences to UAE handball.

Al Amiri explained that this participation is an extension of a consistent approach he follows, whereby he makes it a point to take part in training courses and external immersion programmes on an almost annual basis, out of a firm belief that continuous development and keeping pace with all that is new in the world of coaching form the cornerstone of success and contribute to preparing generations capable of competing and achieving results.

Al Amiri stressed that this step represents an investment in knowledge and professional development — a continuing responsibility for every coach who strives for excellence. He added that transferring global expertise to UAE pitches is one of the most important factors in supporting the national teams and clubs, in line with the sporting renaissance the country is witnessing and serving its future ambitions across various continental and international competitions.

Coach Ibrahim Al Amiri is regarded as one of the active national talents in UAE handball, having held numerous technical positions throughout his coaching career. He has led the UAE national teams at the youth, junior, and women's levels, and has contributed to preparing and developing many players. He has also worked with a number of UAE clubs, most notably Maliha Club, with which he established a distinguished technical presence thanks to his experience and coaching vision.
