Ukraine's General Staff said Kyiv struck the Ilsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar region and the Ust-Luga oil refining complex in the Leningrad region overnight.
The General Staff added in a Telegram post that an oil station and an oil depot in the Rostov region were also struck.
