Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday that Ukrainian diplomacy must focus on urging Kyiv's allies to implement weapons supply agreements more quickly.
In his evening video address, Zelensky said: "I am working on making changes to Ukraine's diplomatic efforts. We need a new level of cooperation with our partners to ensure the implementation of agreements related to weapons supplies."
He added: "Agreements reached by national leaders must be implemented more quickly and in full," noting that this applies to cooperation with the United States on a licence to produce air defence systems.
