As part of its commitment to providing continuous support to all segments of society under all circumstances, the Ajman Police General Command has continued to assist those affected by the Ajman Corniche Tower fire by deploying a mobile smart police centre at the scene. The centre aims to deliver police services on the ground, streamline procedures, and respond to residents' enquiries with speed and efficiency.
Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Head of the Comprehensive City Police Centre at Ajman Police, explained that the mobile smart centre has been providing its services at the site around the clock, having received 86 visitors so far without them needing to travel to a police station.
The centre has delivered services through digital interaction and smart platforms integrated into the vehicle, while also responding to enquiries from those affected and following up on their needs. Colonel Al Kaabi affirmed that the activation of the centre is an extension of Ajman Police's approach to facilitating its services and responding early to the needs of community members.
The deployment ensures continuity of service delivery at incident sites, contributing to an enhanced customer journey and improved service quality. In closing, Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi called on members of the community to adhere to safety and prevention procedures in residential buildings.
