The delegation included: His Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security in Dubai; His Excellency Lieutenant General Talal Belhoul Al Falasi, Head of the State Security Apparatus in Dubai; His Excellency Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid, Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai; Lieutenant General Awad Al Muhairi, Deputy Head of the State Security Apparatus in Dubai; Major General Tamim Al Muhairi, Director General of the State Security Apparatus in Dubai; Brigadier General Dr Ahmed Zaal bin Krishan Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-General for Financial and Administrative Affairs at Dubai Police; Khalifa Rashid Al Hamli, Director of the Office of His Highness the Minister of Defence; and Abdullah Hamdan bin Dalmook, Chief Executive of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Revival Centre.

The delegation was briefed in detail on the camp's objectives and educational themes.

The delegation affirmed that the programme reflects Dubai's vision of investing in people, through preparing generations that possess awareness, knowledge, and skills, and entrenching authentic Emirati values — with a positive impact on building a more cohesive and aware society. They praised the high-quality content offered by the camp, which adds cultural, national, and behavioural dimensions that contribute to shaping students' characters and enhancing their readiness for practical life.

His Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim praised the level of professional organisation and the exceptional efforts behind the success of the summer camp's fourth season.

During an extensive inspection tour covering the camp's various sections, he expressed his admiration for the innovative diversity of programmes and interactive segments presented to students, affirming that integrating security awareness into smart, entertaining and practical formats represents an advanced approach that instils concepts in young minds more smoothly and effectively than traditional methods.

He affirmed that the camp's message and objectives precisely align with the strategic orientations of the wise leadership, which places human development at the forefront of its priorities as a fundamental pillar of sustainable development.

He noted that fostering a sense of security among new generations from an early age integrates closely with the comprehensive security and stability framework established by the Emirate of Dubai, stressing that fortifying young minds and equipping them with skills to anticipate and address challenges is a genuine national investment that ensures our society remains safe and prosperous, and prepares a generation capable of continuing the path of leadership and safeguarding its achievements.

His Excellency Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid affirmed that 'Dubai Summer Camp' embodies an advanced model of integration among government entities in designing quality initiatives that invest in people and contribute to preparing a generation equipped with the awareness, skills, and values that qualify it for effective participation in the development journey.

She said: "We believe at the Community Development Authority that investing in children and youth is an investment in Dubai's future, and therefore we are keen to support initiatives that provide them with safe, educational, and interactive environments that strengthen their characters, develop their capabilities, and entrench in them the values of responsibility, belonging, and national identity."

Omar Al Falasi, General Supervisor of Khedmat Al Ameen, affirmed that the visit of His Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim represents great support that reinforces the camp's objectives, saying: "The field presence of senior security leadership among our children confirms Dubai's firm strategic vision that security is a shared societal responsibility that begins with the individual."

Alya Al Shamlan, Director of Farjan Dubai Foundation, expressed her delight at the delegation's visit, affirming that the presence of national leaders and their direct interaction with students leaves a positive impression on them, reinforces their sense of the importance of what they learn within the camp, and motivates them to develop their skills and shape their characters in preparation for the future.

She said: "We believe at Farjan Dubai Foundation that building the human being is the true investment, and therefore we continue working with our partners to deliver quality programmes that contribute to preparing a generation committed to its national identity, and capable of creativity, giving, and serving its community."
