The Office of Martyrs' Family Affairs, in cooperation with the Khalifa Empowerment Programme "Aqdar", has launched a package of initiatives and specialised programmes aimed at empowering the children and families of martyrs, and developing their academic, professional and leadership capabilities — contributing to the preparation of a qualified generation capable of meeting the demands of the future and reinforcing the values of citizenship, belonging and national identity.
Abdullah Ghurair Al Qubaisi, Director of the Office of Martyrs' Family Affairs, said the launch of these initiatives embodies the office's commitment to empowering the children of martyrs, investing in their potential, and equipping them with the knowledge and skills that qualify them to continue a path of dedication and excellence.
Colonel Dr Mohammed Al Harmoudi, Chief Executive of the Khalifa Empowerment Programme "Aqdar", affirmed that the cooperation with the Office of Martyrs' Family Affairs represents an effective model of institutional partnership aimed at empowering the children of martyrs through the launch of specialised initiatives that contribute to developing their academic, professional and leadership capabilities, equipping them with the skills and knowledge that enhance their readiness for the future and support their journey towards excellence and active contribution to serving the nation.
The package includes a number of specialised initiatives and programmes, most notably the Professional Empowerment Programme, which aims to qualify the children of martyrs to obtain internationally accredited professional certificates, alongside the organisation of Leaders' Meetings with national figures to share their expertise and experiences, inspiring participants to strive for excellence.
