Beit Al Khair Society has reinforced its efforts to build qualified national legal cadres through a specialised two-month training programme conducted in cooperation with the Sheikh Rashid bin Nasser Al Nuaimi Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Office. The programme targeted a number of the society's employees who are graduates of law faculties, with the aim of equipping them with practical experience and legal knowledge relevant to the society's work and its various institutional domains.
The programme covered a number of practical and professional themes, including legal affairs related to the society's operations, the drafting and review of contracts and agreements, administrative investigation procedures, and administrative and legal work, all of which contribute to enhancing the trainees' readiness and enabling them to apply their academic knowledge in a real and specialised work environment.
Sheikh Rashid bin Nasser Al Nuaimi affirmed that investing in legal cadres represents a fundamental pillar in building a higher-quality professional and legal future, noting that young people are the future of the country and the backbone of its renaissance, and that developing their legal capabilities and enhancing their theoretical and practical knowledge has a positive impact on society as a whole.
He said that increasing the number of qualified legal cadres and raising the level of their expertise contribute to developing the legal system, entrenching justice, and serving the community. He stressed the office's commitment to transferring legal expertise and knowledge to trainees, stemming from the belief that investing in people is the true investment, and that building a strong nation begins with building national cadres that possess knowledge, experience, and competence.
