The Dubai Women's Renaissance Association will organise its 32nd mass wedding next Saturday, in a community and humanitarian initiative that embodies the values of the Year of the Family 2026 and underscores the importance of supporting young people and enabling them to build stable families — the cornerstone of societal development and sustained prosperity. The initiative targets groups not covered by existing support programmes.
The mass wedding is being held within the framework of national efforts to promote family stability and entrench the values of social cohesion and solidarity. The association continues a journey spanning more than three decades of championing qualitative initiatives that help remove the obstacles some groups may face on the path to starting a family.
The mass wedding targets citizens who do not meet the eligibility conditions for marriage support programmes or grants, giving them an equal opportunity to establish stable families and make an active contribution to society.
Afra Mubarak Al Hay, general supervisor of the mass wedding, said that preparations for the new edition of the event have been completed in cooperation with a number of partners and sponsors, who were keen to contribute to the success of this community occasion.
