Dubai Health has announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Rush University Medical Group (Rush), which ranks among the best academic health systems in the United States in terms of quality, patient outcomes, and safety standards. The agreement aims to enhance the exchange of expertise and experience to elevate the quality of healthcare in line with best global practices.

The agreement was signed by Dr Amer Sharif, Executive Director of Dubai Health and Director of Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, and Dr Omar Lateef, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rush University Medical Group and Chief Executive Officer of Rush University Medical Center, in the presence of His Excellency Dr Alawi Sheikh Ali, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority.

The agreement aims to elevate the quality of health services and improve patient outcomes, support a culture of continuous learning, and facilitate the exchange of expertise. It also supports the research, innovation, and digital health ecosystem, applies international quality and safety standards, and develops the skills of cadres in the medical, nursing, allied health, and leadership fields.
