The United Arab Emirates celebrated on Tuesday the birthday of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, which falls on 15 July.
The occasion is a celebration of His Highness's efforts in continuing the UAE's journey of goodness and leadership. Sheikhs and officials marked the occasion with tributes, saying: "Every year you are the heartbeat of the nation... every year your mark beats in our hearts... every year you are our pride, our glory, and our inspiration."
On this occasion, so dear to all our hearts, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, affirmed that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God protect him, has created achievements and taught us that the impossible is merely a word, and has built — through his vision — a glory we are proud of.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said in a post on his official account on the X platform: "To the one who created achievements and taught us that the impossible is merely a word... to the one who ploughed the sea, built civilisations, empowered people, and created through his vision a glory we are proud of, an eternal legacy, and an indelible mark... every year you are our inspiration, our pride, and our treasure, O Bu Rashid..."
He added: "Every year you are the heartbeat of Dubai and the leader of its ambitions toward first place."
His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance, affirmed that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God protect him, is a leader who created inspiration, defeated the impossible, and made our land an icon of the future and beauty.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Media Council, also affirmed his commitment to continuing the journey for the sake of our people and homeland, following the path of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God protect him.
