Ahmed bin Shafar, Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), has said that young people represent a fundamental force in shaping the future, and that equipping them with modern knowledge and skills is a cornerstone for enhancing their ability to contribute effectively to the journey of sustainable development.

He explained that Empower continues to develop the skills of young people, regarding them as an essential pillar in supporting the district cooling sector's readiness for future requirements, by providing training workshops and professional, knowledge-based, and academic development programmes for its young male and female employees, contributing to the enhancement of their expertise and the growth of their capabilities.
