Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, has launched the Ajman Municipality AM30x30 agenda, encompassing 30 projects across 5 strategic packages at a total cost of AED 1.8 billion.
The agenda represents a comprehensive urban roadmap embodying the targets of Ajman Vision 2030, aimed at enhancing the emirate's prosperity, attractiveness and beauty, and cementing its status as an advanced urban model that elevates quality of life and promotes community wellbeing in Ajman.
The agenda also aligns with the directives of the Year of the Family, placing the individual and the family at the heart of its priorities through the development of integrated infrastructure, improved mobility efficiency, expanded green spaces and community facilities — contributing to the creation of a sustainable urban environment that strengthens family cohesion, keeps pace with urban and population growth, and meets the aspirations of future generations.
Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi affirmed that the launch of the Ajman Municipality AM30x30 agenda is a translation of the vision and directives of Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, aimed at continuing the march of comprehensive development and cementing the emirate's status as one of the best cities for living, working and investment.
He said that implementing 30 urban and developmental projects at a cost of AED 1.8 billion embodies Ajman's commitment to investing in sustainable infrastructure as a cornerstone for enhancing quality of life, raising service efficiency, and supporting economic and social growth. Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Municipal Affairs and Planning, said for his part that the Ajman Municipality AM30x30 agenda represents an ambitious roadmap for the emirate's future.
It reflects the directives of Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi and the follow-up of Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi in continuing to implement developmental projects that place the individual and family at the core of their priorities.
Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Ajman Department of Municipal Affairs and Planning, affirmed that the adoption of the Ajman Municipality AM30x30 agenda is a translation of the support of Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, and is being carried out under the supervision and follow-up of Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, to convert strategic visions and orientations into tangible developmental projects and initiatives that enhance the emirate's competitiveness and cement its status as an advanced urban model.
