The 'Smart Sponsorship' service at the Ajman Police General Command continues to distinguish itself in streamlining procedures and delivering innovative smart policing services, contributing to the enhancement of quality of life and the achievement of customer happiness. This is in line with the UAE government's directives on digital transformation and the entrenchment of the 'People First' principle, through the provision of flexible and rapid services that address community needs and support family stability and cohesion.
Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Head of the Comprehensive City Police Centre, affirmed that the service represents one of the pioneering smart initiatives launched by Ajman Police, aimed at enabling customers to complete sponsorship requests and cancel circulars electronically via the website and smart application, without the need to visit police centres. He noted that this saves time and effort and enhances round-the-clock accessibility to services.
He explained that Ajman Police is committed to developing its digital services in accordance with best modern technical practices, in line with the government's directives to provide proactive and integrated services focused on customer happiness and achieving quality of life.
He further noted that the service also contributes to supporting family stability and strengthening community cohesion by facilitating procedures and simplifying the customer journey. He added that Ajman Police has carried out awareness and media campaigns to introduce the service and its features across various social media platforms and media channels, with the aim of raising community members' awareness of smart services and encouraging them to use these services to complete their transactions easily and securely.
