The United Arab Emirates is preparing to host the 9th edition of the National Service Employment Exhibition, one of the most prominent events specialising in attracting national talent and connecting it with quality job opportunities, at the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) at Expo City Dubai, from 15 to 17 July.
The exhibition continues to consolidate its position as a leading platform bringing together ambitious talent and employers in an interactive environment that keeps pace with labour market developments, with the participation of a number of government and private entities representing more than 10 vital sectors, alongside more than 9 universities and academic institutes.
This year's exhibition is expected to attract more than 55 exhibitors from various sectors and more than 20,000 male and female National Service programme participants. The exhibition allows conscripts to engage directly with employers, conduct on-the-spot interviews, and benefit from guidance sessions delivered by human resources experts.
It also provides companies with an ideal platform to discover Emirati talent and build databases that support future recruitment plans. The National Service Employment Exhibition is among the most prominent annual national events anticipated by male and female participants in the National Service programme.
It works to entrench the spirit of belonging and diligent work, and demonstrates the state's ongoing commitment to qualifying and empowering its citizens. Through its national role, the exhibition highlights the important part played by the country's youth in supporting security and stability, and reflects their standing as essential partners in the journey of development and prosperity witnessed by the United Arab Emirates.
It also affirms that National Service conscripts constitute an important pillar in building the future, given the experiences and values they possess that enhance their readiness to contribute across various fields of work.
