The Fujairah Authority for Natural Resources has implemented 5 qualitative initiatives under the 'Quality of Life 360' programme, directly targeting 1,165 beneficiaries during the first half of 2026, encompassing workers, employees, their families, and children, in a practical affirmation of the authority's commitment to enhancing quality of life and consolidating a humane and integrated work environment.
Engineer Ali Qasim, Director General of the authority, explained that the programme — launched in conjunction with the Year of the Family 2026 — forms part of a comprehensive strategic vision that places people at the heart of development, through initiatives targeting occupational, health, and social wellbeing, contributing to the promotion of family stability and community cohesion, with a positive impact on institutional performance and sustainability.
He noted that the implemented initiatives included the 'Ramadan Provisions' initiative, one of the most prominent humanitarian initiatives, under which integrated food boxes were distributed to more than 750 workers, reinforcing values of social solidarity and supporting workers and their families during the holy month of Ramadan, and helping to provide a livelihood support framework during a seasonally significant period.
The authority also implemented the 'Our Resources: Art and Knowledge' initiative, targeting female employees and their children, with 25 employees and 30 children participating in interactive and awareness activities that combined education and creativity, introducing children to the natural resources of Fujairah in an innovative manner that supports family bonds and promotes community awareness.
