The Mohammed bin Rashid Government Scholarships programme has announced the opening of registration for both the Master of Business Administration and International Policy programme, delivered in partnership with Georgetown University through its McDonough School of Business and Walsh School of Foreign Service, and the Master of Artificial Intelligence programme, developed specifically for the United Arab Emirates.

The AI master's is delivered in partnership with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), represented by the Schwarzman College of Computing. Registration for both programmes will remain open until 7 July, with studies set to begin in September 2026.

The initiative falls within the framework of equipping national government talent with the advanced knowledge and skills needed to navigate global economic and political shifts, and to prepare national cadres capable of leading and applying artificial intelligence to develop government work and enhance institutional readiness for the demands of the future.

The Master of Business Administration and International Policy programme offers an intensive ten-month educational experience focused on developing a comprehensive understanding of business management at the global level, grasping current and future challenges and opportunities related to cross-border business, and deepening knowledge of the business environment in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia.

The programme also focuses on building values-based, multi-sector leadership skills underpinned by global responsibility, enabling participants to forge effective partnerships and manage strategic initiatives efficiently.

The Master of Artificial Intelligence programme forms part of the Mohammed bin Rashid Government Scholarships programme's efforts to equip national cadres with advanced knowledge and skills in emerging technologies, enabling them to harness the transformative potential of artificial intelligence to support innovation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the quality of government services, in line with the UAE's drive to consolidate its global leadership in advanced technology.

The programme aims to enable participants to understand and anticipate current and future business challenges at the regional and global levels, gain insight into the business environment in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia, and develop their leadership skills.

The Master of Artificial Intelligence programme offers a flexible educational experience lasting between one and three years depending on the chosen track, allowing participants to balance their professional commitments with study requirements while benefiting from advanced academic content designed specifically for the UAE and in support of its future priorities.
