The Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority has achieved a new institutional milestone by winning three awards at the Dubai Quality Group Awards, affirming the distinction of its institutional approach and its leadership in embedding a culture of innovation and enhancing the efficiency of the public safety and civil protection system.

The awards included the UAE Innovation Award, the UAE Ideas Award, and the UAE Women's Award, reflecting the authority's success in establishing an integrated operational framework built on institutional innovation, adoption of qualitative initiatives, and empowerment of national talent.

The authority won the UAE Innovation Award for the project "The Innovation System at the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority", which embodies an integrated institutional approach supporting the development of innovative ideas and initiatives with sustainable impact.

It also claimed the UAE Ideas Award in the Best Initiative category for the "Year of the Community", in recognition of its efforts to deploy smart solutions and modern technologies to strengthen the prevention and safety system and raise the level of community awareness and preventive readiness.

In the context of supporting and empowering women's leadership, the authority won the UAE Women's Award in the Leadership category, which was received by Brigadier Dr. Mitha Mohammed Al Daraei, in recognition of her leadership contributions and her role in supporting excellence and institutional development within the authority.

Brigadier Salem Abdullah bin Brак Al Dhaheri, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority, commended the support and wise vision of the leadership, which contributed to achieving this milestone, affirming that this victory came in recognition of the authority's commitment to realising Abu Dhabi emirate's vision in the fields of public safety and civil protection, and reflects its adoption of an institutional approach based on innovation and excellence.

He described the achievement as the fruit of sustained efforts to advance the civil defence operational system and enhance its efficiency in line with best international practices, in a way that supports the sustainability of institutional excellence and enhances the quality of services provided to the community.
