Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, has expressed her deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the sisterly State of Qatar on the passing of the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, praying to Almighty God to grant him rest in His vast paradise and to bestow patience and solace upon his family and the brotherly Qatari people.
