Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Adviser, has expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the brotherly State of Qatar, and to the brotherly Qatari people, on the passing of the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
Writing on his account on the X platform, Sheikh Tahnoun said: "We offer our sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, and to the brotherly Qatari people, on the passing of the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. May God enfold him in His boundless mercy. Verily we belong to God, and verily to Him we shall return."
