Saeed Abdullah Al Qamzi, the United Arab Emirates ambassador to the sisterly State of Qatar, presented his credentials to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, during a ceremony held at the Amiri Diwan in Doha.

Al Qamzi conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God preserve him, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the State and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, along with their wishes for his country and people for further progress and prosperity.

For his part, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, asked the ambassador to convey his greetings to the UAE's wise leadership and his wishes to the United Arab Emirates — its leadership, government and people — for further progress and prosperity.

He wished the ambassador success in his duties and in developing and strengthening bilateral relations across the various fields shared by the two countries, affirming his country's readiness to provide all possible support to facilitate his mission.

The ambassador, for his part, expressed his pride in representing the United Arab Emirates in the State of Qatar, affirming his commitment to strengthening the deeply rooted fraternal relations between the two sisterly countries. The meeting also included a review of areas of cooperation between the UAE and Qatar.
