Judge Abdul Qader Moussa, Acting President of Dubai Courts for Judicial Affairs, and his accompanying delegation met with Counsellor Mahmoud Al Sharif, Minister of Justice of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The meeting took place during an official visit to the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice in Cairo, to explore ways of enhancing joint cooperation and exchanging expertise in judicial and legal fields between the two fraternal countries, within the framework of the distinguished brotherly relations binding the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the mutual commitment to developing the partnership in the judicial organisation.
During the meeting, both sides held an expanded session in which they reviewed avenues of joint cooperation and the exchange of expertise in judicial and legal fields, in a manner that contributes to supporting efforts to develop judicial work and consolidate best institutional practices.
The meeting also featured discussions on judicial development mechanisms, and a review of best practices followed in developing the judicial organisation and employing modern technologies to accelerate the pace of work and elevate the quality of judicial services, in a way that contributes to achieving prompt justice and keeps pace with institutional development targets.
Both sides affirmed the importance of continuing coordination and joint cooperation, and expanding areas of partnership and the exchange of knowledge and expertise, in a manner that contributes to developing judicial systems, in realisation of common interests and in service of the course of justice between the two countries.
