The memorandum was signed by Dr Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, and Abdullah Mohammed Al Awar, Executive Director of the Knowledge Fund Foundation.
The memorandum stipulates the application of the Hamdan Talent Scale to identify gifted students in the Dubai Schools project and provide candidates with the opportunity to join specialised care programmes, alongside training specialists in talent identification and nurturing mechanisms, and offering scientific consultations in the fields of talent, innovation, and excellence.
Dr Khalifa Al Suwaidi said the memorandum represents a strategic step towards building a more integrated system for discovering and nurturing talent, stressing that investing in people begins with identifying their abilities at an early stage and providing scientific tools, specialised competencies, and an educational environment capable of developing their potential and transforming it into achievements.
He added that the partnership contributes to expanding the application of the Hamdan Talent Scale, enhancing specialists' capacities, and leveraging assessment results and data to develop educational programmes aimed at gifted students, thereby supporting the preparation of national talents capable of innovation and competition.
