The Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre has announced that registration is open for the second edition of its Career Camp 2026, to be held from 10 to 21 August. The camp offers UAE school students in grades 10, 11 and 12 the opportunity to gain practical experience and a close-up look at the space sector and related professional specialisations, as part of the centre's efforts to prepare a generation of national talent capable of leading the future of this vital sector in the United Arab Emirates.

The camp will be held at the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre's headquarters and will give participants a hands-on experience within a real working environment, alongside an introduction to the centre's various departments, functions, and space programmes, helping to broaden their understanding of what working in the space sector entails and the key career opportunities it offers.

The programme focuses on helping students explore their future academic and professional pathways, particularly in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, as well as familiarising them with the institutional and regulatory specialisations that support the implementation of national space projects and missions.

The camp will deepen participants' understanding of the scientific, technical and administrative roles that contribute to developing the UAE space sector, and will reinforce the importance of teamwork and innovation in supporting national achievements in this field. The centre has invited students wishing to participate to send their CVs by email to careercamp@mbrsc.ae before 25 July 2026.
