The University of Dubai has announced the opening of enrolment for the 2026–2027 academic year, offering full and partial scholarships as well as discounts for high-achieving new students — both UAE nationals and residents — across bachelor's and master's programmes, with the aim of supporting distinguished students and facilitating their entry into specialisations that meet labour market needs.
Dr Issa Al Bastaki, President of the University, affirmed that the scholarships come within the framework of the university's commitment to attracting academic talent and providing educational opportunities in modern specialisations aligned with digital transformation and the requirements of the future economy, noting that the university's programmes focus on the fields of business, engineering, information technology, and law.
The scholarships on offer include full grants for UAE nationals in the specialisations of electrical engineering in communications and computer engineering, full scholarships for the master's programmes in data science and cybersecurity, in addition to three full scholarships covering all years of the bachelor's degree in the name of the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The university also offers a 50% discount for students who achieved a grade of 95% or above in the general secondary examination, and a 30% discount for those who achieved 90% or above, alongside other discounts for holders of the
