Under the patronage of Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, and with the follow-up of Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the 21st edition of the 'Police Generations' summer course for male students and the 7th edition for female students was launched as part of the 'Fujairah Summer 2026' initiative, with the participation of 677 male and female students from various schools across the emirate.

Major General Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanem Al Kaabi, Commander-in-Chief of the emirate's police, affirmed that the course represents one of the leading initiatives in making productive use of students' time during the summer holiday, through training and awareness programmes that contribute to building character, enhancing security awareness, and instilling values of national belonging and social responsibility.

He noted that the growing demand for the course reflects the success of its objectives and its role in preparing a knowledgeable and qualified generation, in line with the directives of the wise leadership aimed at empowering youth and developing their capabilities in ways that serve society and support the development journey.

The opening ceremony was attended by Brigadier Mohammed bin Nayef Al Tunaiji, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Fujairah Police, Brigadier Dr. Suleiman Saeed Al Murshidi, Director General of Resources and Support Services, and a number of officers.

Brigadier Dr. Suleiman Al Murshidi, head of the 'Police Generations' working team, explained that the course offers a comprehensive programme encompassing lectures and workshops in the areas of traffic safety, handling emergency situations, combating drugs, and protection against electronic fraud.
