Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, President of the American University of Sharjah, chaired a meeting of the university's board of trustees, held recently on campus, at which the board approved a set of strategic resolutions supporting the university's pursuit of academic excellence and institutional growth.
The resolutions addressed key areas including academic governance, recognition of faculty achievements, financial planning, strategic projects, audited financial statements, and the appointment of new board members.
