Dubai Courts held a swearing-in ceremony for a new cohort of candidates for registration in the experts register, before Judge Omar Miran, Acting Director of Dubai Courts, as part of the department's efforts to develop the judicial expertise system and broaden the base of specialised expertise supporting the judicial circuits, contributing to raising the quality of procedures and expediting the resolution of technically complex cases.

The ceremony was attended by Judge Khaled Obaid Al Mansouri, President of the Execution Court and Chairman of the Experts Affairs Committee, Ibrahim Al Housani, Executive Director of the Settlement and Execution Sector, and Mohammed Abdullah Al Mohammed, Director of the Experts and Arbitrators Department.

Judge Omar Miran, Acting Director of Dubai Courts, affirmed that the swearing-in ceremony represents a fundamental stage in organising the work of experts and consolidating their professional obligations, noting that judicial expertise is one of the key enablers for supporting judges and competent circuits in cases requiring a specialised technical opinion, thereby contributing to raising the quality of procedures and achieving swift justice.
