Major General Dr. Ahmed Zaal bin Krishan Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-General for Financial and Administrative Sector Affairs at Dubai Police, presented badges of appreciation to Sergeant Omar Muslim Aflatoun and Senior Corporal Ahmed Mohammed Salem, both members of the "Positive Spirit" Council, in recognition of their distinguished efforts in the council's activities and their role in strengthening communication with various nationalities and raising awareness about Dubai Police services and the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Major General Dr. Ahmed Zaal praised the two officers' efforts and dedication, affirming that their strong capabilities in community and human communication, and each officer's mastery of four languages, embody Dubai Police's approach to building bridges of communication with all segments of society, and to enhancing security, safety, and happiness.

The ceremony was attended by Brigadier Ali Al Mansouri, Director of the General Administration for Community Happiness, and Ms. Fatima Bouhjair, President of the Positive Spirit Council.

Sergeant Omar Aflatoun stands out in the activities of the "Positive Spirit" Council thanks to his mastery of four languages — Arabic, English, Urdu, and Bengali — through which he delivers awareness lectures to speakers of these languages.

Senior Corporal Ahmed Salem, for his part, is proficient in four languages — German, Hindi, Arabic, and English — and employs his abilities to educate various communities on the correct ways to communicate with Dubai Police, and to raise awareness about using the number 999 for emergencies only, and the number 901 for non-emergency cases.

Senior Corporal Ahmed Salem also participates regularly in the activities of the "Positive Spirit" Council, alongside his work at the Command and Control Centre, where he has experience handling emergency reports and coordinating with patrols and paramedic teams.
