The General Headquarters of Dubai Police, represented by the General Department of Artificial Intelligence, organised a specialised workshop titled "Technical Solutions: From Challenge to Implementation" in cooperation with Microsoft, in the presence of Major General Dr Khaled Nasser Al Razooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence, Ahmed Faraj, Regional Director for the Security and Justice Sector for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Microsoft, along with a number of stakeholders, officers, and experts from the global company.
The workshop focused on building a practical roadmap to accelerate the digital transformation journey by reviewing the most prominent AI-supporting technical solutions, identifying key performance indicators, work priorities, and operational challenges, with a view to developing innovative and implementable solutions and achieving the highest levels of institutional efficiency and readiness.
The workshop included interactive working sessions during which participants discussed the most significant real-world challenges, analysed them, and formulated technical solutions based on artificial intelligence applications, in addition to preparing actionable implementation plans and practical recommendations to support Dubai Police's digital transformation journey and foster a culture of innovation in the workplace. The workshop concluded with the establishment of follow-up mechanisms for implementing its outputs, including the preparation of a detailed report containing the key findings and recommendations.
