The fourth edition of the 'Sawaaed Al Aman' programme, organised by the Safety Ambassadors Council at the General Directorate of Human Rights in Dubai Police over 4 weeks, has been launched with the aim of empowering youth and enhancing their community role. This is achieved through a comprehensive training programme that contributes to building their leadership and knowledge capacities, and qualifying them to become effective ambassadors in spreading a culture of safety and supporting efforts to protect society.
The programme was launched at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Airport Security in the presence of Brigadier Abdulrahman Al Shaer, Director of the General Directorate of Human Rights, his deputy Colonel Faisal Al Khumairi, a number of officers, and the participation of more than 45 safety ambassadors.
Brigadier Abdulrahman Al Shaer said: "The General Command of Dubai Police pays great attention to students from all educational levels, by involving them in the various programmes and activities it implements throughout the year, given the positive impact they reflect on society, their reinforcement of security and safety, and their significant contribution to building a generation armed with knowledge, science, and awareness."
