Dubai Police General Command has qualified 22 of its employees as certified innovation residents after they completed the requirements of the International Accreditation Certificate in Innovation (Level 3) programme, organised by the Knowledge, Innovation and Development Centre, bringing the total number of certified employees in this field across the force to 28.

Major General Dr Ahmed Zaal bin Krishan Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Financial and Administrative Sector Affairs at Dubai Police, attended the graduation ceremony for the 22 employees at the Officers' Club, in the presence of Major General Saleh Murad, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Administration Affairs, Major General Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Mualla, Director General of the Excellence and Leadership General Administration, and a number of senior officers.

Major General Dr Ahmed Zaal congratulated the graduates, affirming that Dubai Police continues to invest in human capital by empowering employees with global knowledge and skills that enhance their innovation capabilities and foresight, in line with the Dubai Government's directions in building leading government institutions.

He said that innovation has become a working methodology and institutional culture that contributes to developing government services, raising performance efficiency, addressing challenges and creating opportunities, noting Dubai Police's commitment to preparing cadres capable of turning ideas into qualitative projects and initiatives that deliver added value to the institution and society.
