The Dubai Public Prosecution, in cooperation with the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, celebrated the graduation of 30 members from among the prosecution's leadership and department managers under the programme titled "Public Prosecution Leaders: In the Footsteps of Mohammed bin Rashid, Supported by Artificial Intelligence and Behavioural Insights".

The ceremony was held at the Public Prosecution's headquarters in the presence of His Excellency Counsellor Issam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of the Emirate of Dubai, and Dr Ali bin Sba'a Al Marri, Chief Executive of the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, along with a number of officials from both sides.

The three-month programme represents a specialised executive initiative aimed at developing leadership readiness and enhancing capabilities in modern leadership through the "Leadership Path in the Footsteps of Mohammed bin Rashid" model, which draws inspiration from the approach of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, in leadership, alongside the deployment of artificial intelligence and behavioural insights to support government decision-making and the linking of academic knowledge to practical application.

His Excellency Counsellor Issam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of the Emirate of Dubai, commended the graduates for the commitment and engagement they demonstrated throughout all stages of the programme, congratulating them on completing this important milestone, which represents a qualitative step in the journey of preparing national leaders.

He affirmed that training and empowering second-tier leaders reflects the Dubai Public Prosecution's commitment to investing in its national cadres and equipping them with modern and sustainable leadership methods, thereby enhancing their readiness to assume future responsibilities, make decisions, and lead with efficiency and innovation, in support of the journey of government excellence and the enhancement of the judiciary system's efficiency.

For his part, Dr Ali bin Sba'a Al Marri congratulated the graduates, affirming that investing in national leaders represents a fundamental pillar in building governments that are better prepared for the future.
