His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has affirmed that DEWA's win of the 'Hamdan Banner' for 2025 under the Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services reinforces the Authority's success in achieving the targets of the 360 Services Policy.
He said the award serves as a motivation to continue elevating DEWA's services and reaching new levels of government excellence, noting that the Authority has kept pace with the aspirations of the Dubai Government, strengthening the emirate's competitiveness and global leadership in delivering the best government services.
He added: "We are working to realise the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, to provide proactive and integrated services centred on the customer that contribute to enhancing quality of life and community happiness."
His Excellency extended his deepest thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his continuous support of the journey of government service development in Dubai and for entrenching a culture of excellence, innovation, and government leadership. He also expressed gratitude to the Dubai Model Centre for its pioneering efforts in enabling government entities to adopt best international practices and develop innovative, future-oriented models focused on the customer.
