The General Directorate of Training at Dubai Police organised the 5th Trainers' Forum under the slogan "Sustainable Readiness... A Trainer Who Makes a Difference", as part of Dubai Police General Command's commitment to developing the training system and raising the competency of trainers, so that they may contribute their expertise and acquired knowledge to enhancing the readiness of administrative and field human resources to deal with various emergency conditions and crises.
The forum was attended by Brigadier Ahmed Mardas, Director of the General Directorate of Training, his deputy Brigadier Dr Jassim Mohammed Hassan, and Brigadier Dr Khabir Hamdan Al Ghassiyah, Director of the Future Foresight Centre.
Colonel Suleiman Al Ameri, Director of the Programme Design and Development Department at the General Directorate of Training, a number of senior officers, and a selection of trainers and specialists in the fields of training, fitness, and health also attended. The forum was organised to serve as a knowledge-sharing and interactive platform bringing together trainers and experts to exchange expertise and experiences, and to strengthen the bonds of cooperation among them, thereby contributing to the development of training methods.
