Dubai Courts received His Excellency Helal Saeed Al Marri, Director General of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and his accompanying delegation, during a visit to the Centre for Settlement of Citizens' Home Construction Disputes. During the visit, His Excellency was briefed on the centre's working mechanisms, dispute registration and settlement procedures, and its role in providing a specialised and expeditious judicial pathway for resolving disputes related to contracts for the construction and maintenance of citizens' homes.

He was received by Judge Omar Mohammed Miran, Deputy Director of Dubai Courts; Ibrahim Ali Al Housani, Executive Director of the Notary Public, Settlement and Execution Sector; Issa Mohammed Tamim, Director of the Amicable Dispute Settlement Centre; and Sultan Nusaib, Director of the Centre for Settlement of Citizens' Home Construction Disputes. Judge Omar Miran affirmed that the visit by the Director General of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and his accompanying delegation reflects the importance of governmental integration in developing specialised judicial services, particularly in files of a contractual and technical nature that affect the stability of citizens' families, preserve the rights of all parties, and support quality of life in the emirate.

"The Centre for Settlement of Citizens' Home Construction Disputes represents a specialised model for handling a category of disputes that require swift processing, precision in procedures, and integration between legal and technical expertise. These files are linked to residential projects that directly affect the lives and stability of families, and therefore Dubai Courts is committed to providing a clear and flexible pathway that balances the protection of rights, encourages amicable settlement, and accelerates access to practical solutions."
