The Dubai Courts Youth Council held its first open meeting of 2026, focused on transforming ambitions into initiatives, as part of its efforts to empower young talent, enhance their participation in developing the institutional work environment, and open direct channels to listen to the ideas, proposals, and initiatives of young employees — in support of the journey of institutional development and excellence.
The meeting was attended by Judge Omar Mohammed Miran, Deputy Director of Dubai Courts, Abdul Rahim Ahli, Executive Director of the Institutional Support and Communication Sector, and Ibrahim Al Housani, Executive Director of the Settlement and Enforcement Sector, alongside a number of officials, members of the Dubai Courts Youth Council, and department employees. The interactive gathering aimed to introduce the council's role and present its directions, initiatives, and work plan for 2026.
Abdullah Al Jaziri, Chairman of the Dubai Courts Youth Council, outlined the council's role in representing the ambitions and aspirations of the department's young employees toward a more distinguished and innovative future. He affirmed that the council constitutes a platform for ideas, a space for creativity, and a bridge connecting the energies of youth with the institution's aspirations and future goals — reflecting the commitment of Dubai Courts leadership to supporting, empowering, and engaging young talent in the journey of institutional development and excellence.
He said the meeting represents an important milestone in strengthening communication between young employees and Dubai Courts leadership, listening to their ideas and proposals, and working to transform ambitions into practical initiatives that serve the institutional work environment.
