The General Administration of Administrative Affairs at Dubai Police, represented by the Knowledge, Innovation and Development Department, organised a specialised workshop on the Knowledge and Innovation Projects Programme at the Research and Development Theatre, attended by 103 beneficiaries comprising officers and employees from various general administrations and police stations.

The workshop is part of Dubai Police's ongoing efforts to entrench a culture of institutional innovation and empower competencies to develop high-quality knowledge and innovation projects that support future foresight and contribute to enhancing Dubai Police's leadership and institutional excellence at both the local and global levels. The main lecture was delivered by Captain Khaled Hassan Miftah, Head of the Knowledge Operations Section at the Knowledge, Innovation and Development Department.

Also presenting were Captain Ahmed Yousef Al Alaili, Head of the Innovation Laboratories Section, and First Lieutenant Jumaa Ibrahim. Together they reviewed key themes that shed light on the culture of knowledge and innovation projects, mechanisms for their dissemination and application across various general administrations, identifying areas for administrative and operational improvement, developing innovative solutions, and evaluation and incentive criteria.
