The Rental Dispute Settlement Centre in Dubai and the Imam Malik College for Sharia and Law have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding aimed at expanding cooperation in scientific, educational, research, and training fields, contributing to the preparation of qualified legal cadres, and supporting efforts to elevate judicial services and entrench a culture of institutional excellence.

The agreement was reached on the basis of the two parties' shared objectives of building effective knowledge partnerships that develop human capital and keep pace with developments in the legal sector in the United Arab Emirates.

Judge Abdul Qader Musa Mohammed, Chairman of the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre, affirmed that the memorandum embodies the centre's vision of the importance of building strategic partnerships with prominent academic institutions, in a way that enhances the complementarity of roles between the judicial and educational sides, and contributes to qualifying law students to be more capable of combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience. He added that investing in national competencies represents a fundamental pillar in the path of institutional progress.
