His Excellency Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security in Dubai, received from Brigadier Professor Dr. Mohammed Saeed bin Da'fous Al Mansouri, a faculty member at Dubai Police Academy, a book titled "Digital Transformations in Commercial and Financial Law – A Comparative Study in Light of UAE Legislation and Islamic Sharia."

The work addresses the subject of smart contracts and their effects on international commercial transactions through a comparative analytical study that brings together advanced international experiences and the principles of Islamic legal thought.

The study found that smart contracts represent a qualitative development in the mechanisms of traditional contract execution, relying on blockchain technology to fulfil contractual obligations automatically without the need for intermediary intervention, while achieving high levels of transparency and security and reducing costs associated with the traditional administration of contracts.
