His Excellency Hilal Saeed Al Marri, Director General of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, affirmed that the 'Dubai of Action' initiative embodies the inspiring and ambitious vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him — enshrining the principle that ambition must be matched by execution, and that true achievements are measured by what is realised on the ground.
