Her Excellency Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid, Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai, affirmed that the Unified Family Centre project for the Emirate of Dubai embodies the wise vision of the leadership in building a human-centred, integrated family services system founded on coordination and collaboration between all concerned entities, ensuring the delivery of more efficient, flexible, and responsive services to families, and contributing to their stability and quality of life.

"The efforts of the Community Development Authority in Dubai stem from a firm conviction that family stability is the foundation upon which the stability and prosperity of society are built. We therefore work to develop innovative operational models that strengthen integration between social, judicial, and legislative entities, and provide families with clearer and easier pathways to access the services and support they need, ensuring a smoother and more effective experience," Her Excellency said.
"The Unified Family Centre project represents a qualitative transformation in the mechanisms for delivering family services in Dubai, by building an interconnected system based on the unification of efforts, complementarity of roles, and efficient utilisation of resources to achieve a sustainable social impact. The project also reflects the Authority's shift from focusing on service delivery to measuring its actual impact on the lives of families, in support of the targets of the 'Dubai Social Agenda 33', enhancing quality of life and social cohesion, and cementing Dubai's standing as a global model for government services that place the individual and the family at the forefront of priorities," she added.

Prof. Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director of Dubai Courts, affirmed that reviewing the progress of the Unified Family Centre project for the Emirate of Dubai with the Community Development Authority and partner entities reflects the importance of institutional integration in developing a more comprehensive system responsive to family needs, particularly in matters where judicial, social, and legislative dimensions intersect, thereby contributing to the delivery of interconnected services that respect family privacy and support family stability.

"Dubai Courts is committed to supporting quality initiatives that contribute to simplifying the journey of those dealing with family cases, and to developing mechanisms for coordination, referral, and follow-up between concerned entities, ensuring that family cases are handled with efficiency and flexibility within a clear institutional framework. The Unified Family Centre represents an important step towards building an integrated service model that connects justice, social services, and family support," he said.
"Developing family services is not limited to simplifying procedures alone; it extends to enhancing quality of life, protecting family cohesion, and supporting proactive solutions that help address challenges before they escalate," he added.
