Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has congratulated the UAE's leadership and people, as well as the Arab and Islamic nations, on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1448, invoking the great values upon which the nation was founded.
