Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has once again earned the "Best Workplace" certification, awarded by the American organisation Great Place to Work® in partnership with Fortune magazine, based on a comprehensive and independent assessment conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute in the United Arab Emirates.

DEWA ranked first nationally among government entities for 2025, and also came first among large organisations for both 2025 and 2026.
