Major General Ahmed Saif bin Zeitoun Al Muhairi, Commander-General of Abu Dhabi Police, visited the Security Information Directorate of the Command Affairs Sector as part of his commitment to monitoring workflow and reviewing the security information system, with the aim of enhancing institutional readiness and supporting the sustainability of security and safety.
During the visit, he was briefed on workflow progress and performance indicators, as well as the most prominent developmental initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening integration among police departments and advancing the security information system, in a way that contributes to raising operational readiness and improving response speed to security developments.
He affirmed that developing the security information system represents a fundamental pillar in supporting the policing framework, stressing the importance of leveraging modern technologies, artificial intelligence, and data analytics to enhance proactive security work, raise performance efficiency, and consolidate Abu Dhabi Police's leadership in adopting best global practices, in line with its vision of providing a safer and more secure society.
He praised the efforts of the Security Information Directorate's personnel and their qualitative roles in supporting decision-makers and enhancing the efficiency of security operations, affirming that investing in national talent, entrenching a culture of innovation, and pursuing continuous development are key pillars for strengthening the security system and achieving institutional leadership and excellence.
The visit was attended by Major General Engineer Nasser Sultan Al Yabhuni, Director of the Command Affairs Sector; Brigadier General Khalid Abdullah Al Khoury, Director of the Decision-Making and Institutional Development Sector; Brigadier General Dr. Sultan Obaid bin Hudhaiba Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director of the Command Affairs Sector; and Brigadier General Hassan Juma Al Zaabi, Director of the Security Information Directorate.
