Tadweer Group is organising the second edition of its ECORUN event at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi on 5 July, with the participation of families, runners, and members of the community. The event is part of the group's efforts to translate environmental awareness into tangible community behaviour, highlight the importance of reducing single-use plastic, and promote responsible daily practices for a more sustainable future.
ECORUN combines physical activity with environmental awareness to deliver an interactive community experience that reinforces a culture of sustainability and encourages individuals to adopt more responsible daily practices that contribute to building cleaner, more sustainable communities. This year's edition reflects the event's message of reducing environmental impact; participants will receive T-shirts made from recycled materials, as well as commemorative medals made from recycled zinc alloy.
