Beit Al Khair has announced that its Emergency Assistance Project continued to lead its humanitarian support initiatives in terms of spending during the first half of 2026, with total expenditure reaching 50.9 million dirhams by the end of June — a figure that reflects the expanding scope of humanitarian response and the increasing pace of urgent interventions to meet the needs of low-income families and cases facing crises or emergency circumstances.

This performance results from Beit Al Khair's focus on enhancing the efficiency of its response to emergency humanitarian cases and directing its resources towards alleviating the hardship of families and individuals facing exceptional circumstances or sudden financial incapacity, enabling them to overcome their crises and restore their living stability as quickly as possible. It also affirms the vital role played by the project as one of the most prominent direct humanitarian assistance initiatives implemented by the association.

A comparison with 2025 results underscores the scale of the project's growth: total spending for the whole of last year stood at 44.3 million dirhams, while spending in the first half of 2026 alone exceeded 50.9 million dirhams — reflecting a marked increase in demand for emergency assistance alongside the project's growing capacity to reach a broader segment of beneficiaries.

With this momentum continuing, expectations point to further growth in the second half of 2026, bolstering the volume of support provided, accelerating response to emergency humanitarian cases, and delivering significant positive outcomes by year's end.
